Before we undertake any new project, we first conduct a thorough field survey, interview all stakeholders, document existing conditions and review all previous marketing efforts. All of our findings are presented to the client in a report that defines objectives, each component of the project and short and long term goals. When warranted, a project timeline becomes a central organizing tool with well-defined project elements, limits, forecasted costs and a project delivery schedule.
Design Development
Conceptual design options are explored in a systematic process and presented to the client team for response and creative input. Design concepts are refined and checked against objectives and project implementation budgets. An ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders helps ensure harmony, teamwork, and a sense of project ownership.
