In 2002, YCCS launched a major expansion and renovation that included the development of Piazza Azzurra, an extensive complex with luxury retail shops, restaurants, cafes, a health spa and yacht club guest rooms. It also provides a physical platform for sailing event “villages”, awards ceremonies and entertainment venues.
As an important multi-use destination, the Piazza required an identity of its own. Our work included the design of the Piazza’s brand logo, signage and environmental graphics for the expanded YCCS complex and the development of a comprehensive graphics standards manual.
